• Paul Szostak, Independent Owner, has over two decades of residential construction management experience. Paul supervises each home construction from concept to completion, ensuring that the best talent is leveraged in developing and construction of your home. Paul is a lifetime director to the Board of Pennsylvania Builders Association, a licensed Code Inspector and a member of International Code Council and Pennsylvania Association of Building Code Officials, and serves on the Board of Wayne-Pike Building Industry Association.
• Courtney Barring, Design Consultant has a BFA in Fine Arts from FIT with over 15 years of customer service and home design experience, as well as experience in the residential construction industry. Courtney helps our customers with space planning, custom electrical plans, kitchen and bath designs and all aspects of the custom home building process. Her passion for color and design and excitement about the home building process make her an invaluable asset to our customers.
• Lisa Edwards, Office Manager is a professional with 35 years of administrative and customer service experience. Lisa has worked for over two decades for a Civil Engineering Firm as Office Manager and Field Technician. She leverages her extensive experience in the construction field to manage the day to day operations of our busy construction office.
• Chris Shaffer of CTS Designs provides drafting services and 3D renderings that allow us to reduce costs, optimize time while delivering quality of construction.
